The International Working Group (IWG) on Women and Sport has bolstered its long-standing relationship with the International University Sports Federation (FISU) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which will see the two organisations support each other’s gender equality objectives in the build up to the IWG Global Summit 2026 and beyond.

World Abilitysport has become the latest organisation to sign the IWG Brighton plus Helsinki Declaration, with the signing taking place at Buckinghamshire College Group in Aylesbury, UK, on Friday 13 June 2025.
